2414 data cannot be imported - WKB224264

SYMPTOMS

• Cell temperature can be set from Empower
• Can be set up and monitored
• Chromatograms are captured during prep injection
• When the sample is injected, the count starts but the chromatogram does not appear, and it times out after about 10 minutes

ENVIRONMENT

• 2414 with IEEE connection
• Empower

CAUSE

Poor contact of start signal cable

FIX or WORKAROUND

Disconnect and reconnect the start signal cable.
