ENVIRONMENT

• 2707 Sample Manager
• 2525/2545 Binary Gradient Module
• 2535/2545/2555 Quaternary Gradient Module
• Prep 150 LC System

PROCEDURE

1. Install Analytical PM Kit (2010000196)
2. Install Sample loop (standard 20uL 700000680 see WKB78006 for sizes
3. Install correct sample tray, see WKB19842
4. Install analytical flow cell WAS081140
