FTN Rotary Tray not calibrated and Z-axis calibration out of range - WKB200830

SYMPTOMS

Multiple errors generated

• FTN Rotary Tray not calibrated
• After the rotary tray calibration, the same error appears when the analysis starts
• “Z-axis calibration out of range” appears with “Characterize Needle Seal”.
• The area around the needle does not go down with the replacement needle.
• Zp-axis move h/w fault
• Communication Failure

Needle Carriage damaged / Ribbon cables damaged

1. Replace the Needle carriage (700005225)
