Alliance 2695 failing static leak test after passing with pin plug installed at transducer - WKB19616

SYMPTOMS

• Failing static leak test.
• "Accumulator check valve is okay but accumulator leak rate is too high..." error is displayed.
• Passing Static Leak Test with pin plug installed at accumulator transducer.
• Failing Static Leak Test with pin plug reinstalled at the in-line filter.
• Failing Static Leak Test with pin plug reinstalled at accumulator transducer.

ENVIRONMENT

• 2695 Separations Module
• PM performed recently

CAUSE

Accumulator transducer is faulty.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace accumulator transducer, Pressure Transducer [WAT270966]

2. Perform static leak test.
