SYMPTOMS
- Fails static leak test
- Message: "Accumulator check valve is okay but accumulator leak rate is too high..."
- Solvent present on the back of the head assembly
ENVIRONMENT
- 2695 Separations Module
- Recent performance maintenance
CAUSE
High-pressure plunger seal is leaking.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the accumulator plunger seal. Plunger Seals Replacement Kit (Std-Yellow) 2/Pkg [WAT270938]
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If it looks like the plunger is damaging the seal, replace WAT270959 Plunger Assembly (Standard) as well.
