Why do iRequests fail to submit even when I enter my serial number and company name? - WKB19276

ENVIRONMENT

• Waters website iRequest: www.waters.com/irequest
• Serial number and name entered, but error message appears

ANSWER

An error in either the serial number or Organization name will cause submission failure

Serial numbers/Software Support ID must not contain spaces.

Organization Name is that logged by Waters at time of purchase. First three characters of the company name may be entered (not case sensitive).
