SYMPTOMS
- Baseline ripple at low UV wavelengths
- At UV wavelengths higher than 215 nm, the baseline ripple disappears
- Without mobile phase flowing by the flow cell, the baseline ripple disappears
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
An incorrect stroke volume is configured in the instrument method.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Set the stroke volume to an appropriate value, as shown in the chart below.
