SYMPTOMS
- Interpump communications HW error in console
- The error is intermittent; occurs every few hours
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class BSM
- ACQUITY UPLC M-Class
CAUSE
Corrupt ICS and firmware
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove the ICS for the BSM and reload the ICS.
- Reflash the firmware on the BSM.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pump ran overnight with flow from both A and B. Error did not return.
