SYMPTOMS
- Seal pack leaking after replacing
ENVIRONMENT
- 717+ Autosampler
CAUSE
- The ferrule is set in a position which is flushed with the top of the needle which created space and leak.
- Seals are not calibrated
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Adjust the ferrule
- Perform seal pack calibration. See the attached 717 operator's manual.
