Column "eCord" history not present in console software - WKB12695

SYMPTOMS

• Column history is not being loaded in console; column manager recognizes a column is present 
  • Several columns show no column history in console
  • Multiple column positions show the same missing column history   
• Column serial number and other relative information, pressure on columns, and the number of injections is visible 
• Column history and the 50 most recent sample sets or sample lists are not listed in the table
• Seen with MassLynx 4.1 with SCN 940 andInstrument Control Software Driver Pack 2016 R2 (1.68) but possible with other configurations

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• ACQUITY Column Manager - Active
• ACQUITY Column Heater - Active

CAUSE

Corrupt Instrument Control Software

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove all components of the Instrument Control Software (ICS) using Deployment Manager.
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Reinstall all components from the ICS Driver Pack version (ensure to "Run as Administrator")

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If possible upgrade the ICS to the latest version.
