SYMPTOMS

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - Flow Through Needle PLUS (SM-FTN PLUS)

CAUSE

Clogged T12 or T13 tubing

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Disconnect the tubing.
2. Flush with purge solvent.
3. Reconnect the tubing.
4. Reset the FTN and prime the purge solvent to confirm proper functionality.
5. Perform the sample syringe leak test to ensure that all fittings are holding pressure.
