ACQUITY UPC2 BSM fails dynamic leak test - WKB123256

SYMPTOMS

• Primary DLT failure (Pumps A and B)
• Accumulator DLT failure (Pumps A and B)

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPC2 cBSM

CAUSE

Poor pump head seals and/or check valves

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the UPC2 pump seals and/or check valves.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In severe cases, a UPC2 pump head will be required.

Replace the appropriate check valve. (Primary 700002596 or Accumulator 700002968 / 700005164)
If the dynamic leak test still fails, replace seals and plunger in the appropriate head (2x WAT076152, 1x 700009136,
1x 700009137, 1x 700009000, will rebuild 2 heads)
