SYMPTOMS

• Pressure pulses with 515 pump

ENVIRONMENT

• 515 pump

CAUSE

One head is not holding pressure.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Use the leak test to determine which head is failing to hold pressure.
2. Tighten the check valve housings and fittings.
3. If the problem remains, replace the check valves, seals, and plunger.
