SYMPTOMS
- With pump pressure above 2000 psi, solvent leaks from inside the black head nut
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
Yellow plunger wash seal does not seal.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the yellow plunger wash seal (WAT271018 - Seal Wash Plunger Seal Replacement Kit).
- Replace part WAT271067 (Oriented Plunger Perfomance PLUS) or part WAT270959 (Plunger Assembly (Standard)).
- Replace the clear seal wash tubing (WAT270988 -Tubing , Seal Wash PTFE).
