The injection syringe hangs over the HDX-2 injection port and never injects - WKB11918

SYMPTOMS

• The HDX-2 automation PAL arm hangs over the injection port, and the injection is never triggered
• All the inject start cables are in the correct position
• The event triggers are on in MassLynx
• All positions are taught on the CTC-PAL3

ENVIRONMENT

• HDX-2
• MassLynx 4.1
• Xevo G2-S
• Chronos version 4.5.2

CAUSE

The inject start command in MassLynx is different than the command in Chronos .cam method. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Use the attached HDx_Waters_Online_Digestion_Xevo_G2_S.cam. This contains the proper code Key Value and MassLynxStatus for step 95. This cam file should only be used with Chronos version 4.5.2 and should not be used with Chronos version 4.9.3.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The online digestion method is written for SYNAPT G2-Si. The inject start command is "waiting for injection". The inject start command for a Xevo G2-S is "Waiting for inlet start 1". This is changed in the Key Value and MassLynxStatus lines for line 95 in the online digestion method.
