SYMPTOMS
- Accumulator actuator fails static leak test
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
Face seals are not flat against the bulkhead.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Turn off the GPV.
- Remove the head nut from the accumulator and primary.
- Remove both the accumulator and primary J-tube pump heads and switch them around. Make sure the pump head is seated correctly, and reinstall the head nut.
- Prime the pump with methanol for one minute and perform the static leak test again.
