SYMPTOMS

• Pressure fluctuation after a PM

ENVIRONMENT

• 1515 Isocratic HPLC Pump
• 1525 Binary HPLC Pump
• 515 HPLC Pump

CAUSE

Faulty check valve

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Perform a ramp and decay test to determine which check valve is malfunctioning.
2. Replace the check valve,  700000254 (2 check valves/pk) ;  700000253 (incl 2 each of check valve and housing)
