SYMPTOMS
- Communication failure occurs on all modules randomly or constantly
- NetEvaluator fails for all modules
- MS may show no comms or contunually dropping comms
- Troubleshoot by connecting each module directly to the PC or switch box
- Inlet logs show all units failing with sample manager failing first

- ACQUITY APC Sample Manager - FTN
- ACQUITY Sample Manager FL
- ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - Flow Through Needle PLUS (SM-FTN PLUS)
- Mass spec if present
CAUSE
Faulty Ethernet cable to Sample manager or to switch box
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace Ethernet Cable - Regular (441000372).
