ANSWER

As the default, 30 µL needle + 50 μL extension loop = 80 μL × 0.75 = 60 μL is the recommended maximum injection volume.
For 100 µL injection, a 250 µL expansion loop must be installed.
It is possible to inject 100 μL with a 100 μL syringe, but since multiple times of drawing is needed, it is considered that replacing with a 250 μL syringe may shorten the injection time and improve precision.
