SYMPTOMS

• Injection valve wear out limit reached in 2707
• Injection count exceeds warning level

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 
• Breeze
• 2707 Sample Manager

CAUSE

Injection count reached its limit

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. To clear the error message, go to Console > Maintain > Reset Injection Count. (The computer must be restarted to make the setting effective)
2. Contact Waters to schedule Performance Maintenance to prevent future problems
