SYMPTOMS
- All tubings are submerged in solvent
- Tubings are filled with solvent
- Disconnecting B1/B2 from the solvent check valve brings dripping
- When priming pump B, no solvent comes out
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC BSM
CAUSE
The i2V check valve is clogged.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the i2V check valve.
- Prime the system.
- Perform the dynamic leak test.
