SYMPTOMS
- Instrument failure in the Empower Run Samples window
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower
- Empower 2
- Empower 3
CAUSE
The flow rate in the instrument method is outside the range for the current stroke volume setting.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Set the "Default" method current via the front panel on the Alliance. (This will reset the stroke volume range.)
- Re-engage the target instrument method via Empower.
