- Ferrule is stuck inside one of the injector valve ports (typically port 5 or 6)

CAUSE
Over-tightened tubing.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Attempt to remove ferrule without damaging injector valve pod
- If unsuccessful, replace injector valve pod
- Verify integrity of fluidics connections by performing Set Pressure Diagnostics test (M-Class and nanoACQUITY) or Dynamic Leak Test including seal and needle
