CAUSE

Unknown.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Close out "Run Samples" page and "ACQUITY Console".
  2. Power PDA off.
  3. Power LAC\e off.
  4. Power PDA on and allow to initialize completely.
  5. Power the LAC\e on.
  6. Log into Empower.
  7. Open "Run Samples" page.
  8. Verify connectivity.
