- "Communication Failure" in the ACQUITY console of the PDA

FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close out "Run Samples" page and "ACQUITY Console".
- In a Citrix environment, perform a "soft" restart of the LAC/E through the empower console "configure system". (NOTE: Leave ACQUITY components powered-on.)
- Select "Nodes" from the menu tree.
- Highlight the correct LAC/E from the list.
- Right-click and select "Reboot".
- Open "Run Samples" page.
- Verify connectivity.
