CAUSE
Unknown.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close out "Run Samples" page and "ACQUITY Console".
- Power PDA off.
- Power LAC\e off.
- Power PDA on and allow to initialize completely.
- Power the LAC\e on.
- Log into Empower.
- Open "Run Samples" page.
- Verify connectivity.
