2475 detector does not start acquisition after injection - WKB100212

SYMPTOMS

• Acquisition does not start after injection
• Battery has been replaced
• Status is OK yes
• Controlled by RS232 cable

ENVIRONMENT

• 2475 detector

CAUSE

The 474 emulation mode configuration is not selected.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Configure the detector for 474 emulation.
2. Select CONFIGURE (Shift, DIAG).
3. The first of three Configuration screens appears.
4. Select "474 emulation".
