waters_connect INTACT Mass "internal server error 500: at Intact Mass App 1.1" - WKB244469

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot create an INTACT Mass analysis
• Cannot select an INTACT Mass method
• Either of these actions causes an error message to appear: "internal server error 500: at Intact Mass App 1.1"
• Both actions were possible previously

ENVIRONMENT

• waters_connect with UNIFI 3.0.0
• INTACT Mass 1.1.1 or 1.1.0

CAUSE

Google Chrome cache full

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. In the top-right of the Chrome browser window in which INTACT Mass is open, click More .
2. Click More tools. 

3. From the drop-down list, select Clear browsing data.
   • NOTE: You can skip steps 1 - 3 by pressing CTRL +SHIFT+DELETE, which will take you straight to Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," select the check boxes. 

6. Click Clear data.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It may be necessary to log out of waters_connect and then log back in after completing the above steps.
