WDM backups fail with error ORA-27369 and exit code "Incorrect function" - WKB95268

SYMPTOMS

• WDM backups fail despite reinstallation of WDM and permission checks for oraclejobs
• ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "WATERS"."FIRST_FULL_LVL0"
• ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: Incorrect function
• Backup reports did not have date appended to the backup job

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.9.4 network

CAUSE

Powershell was blocked by AV (Cyclance) when the script tried to run the command to append the time/date.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Request IT to add an exception to the AV so that it ignores powershell scripts running from the UNIFI directories.
