UNIFI Waters Database Manager does not open- WKB9515

SYMPTOMS

• When trying to launch the WDM (Waters Database Manager), an error message says the page can't be displayed

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8.1 (Workstation configuration)

CAUSE

The PC Windows account that is logged into is not a member of the ora_dba user group.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Log in to the PC using the local administrator account, or
2. Add the OS user to the ora_dba user group.
