Unable to bring LND online - WKB94931

SYMPTOMS
- After the PSU was replaced on the LND, no communications apparent; "Unable to bring LND Online"
- EPC cannot be pinged from the LND
ENVIRONMENT
- VION IMS QTof
- UNIFI Network
CAUSE
The Ethernet cable from the EPC is plugged into the wrong port on the LND (there are two unbridged ports)
FIX or WORKAROUND
Connect the Ethernet cable from the EPC to the correct port.
