In the MS/MS spectra of the main component and parent compounds, there are fragment ions whose structure was estimated (water molecule mark in the MS/MS spectrum) and fragment ions whose structure is unknown.

For the fragment ions whose structure was estimated, specify the substructure fragment ions that may also be included in impurities to the Common Fragment Settings.

For Positive mode, subtract the fragment ion value registered as a common fragment from the [M+H]+ value of the main component, and specify the calculated value in the Common Neutral Loss Settings.

Both Common Fragment Settings and Common Neutral Loss Settings are entered manually.
