How do I disable GxP policies in UNIFI? - WKB93408

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

To disable the GxP policy in UNIFI. 

ENVIRONMENT

UNIFI 1.9.4

PROCEDURE

1. Go to Administration > Security > Folder Policies and create a new policy (for example, nonGxp).
2. Configure the policy to request no reasons or passwords as required.
   
3. Go to Administration > Access Management and assign the nonGxP policy to the folders as required.
   
4. Go to Administration > Security > Global Policies > Audit Trail Reasons and configure the requirement for passwords or reasons as desired.
