Chromatograms cannot be saved as text files with UNIFI.

It is possible to convert to text format after you convert the data to MassLynx format and open the chromatogram in the MassLynx software.

1. Open Explorer in UNIFI.
2. Right-click the row for the data of interest (for which the Item Type is Sample Set), and select Export to > MassLynx (*.Raw).
3. The Data Export tab opens.
4.  At the Export Location at the bottom, specify the destination folder for export and click the Export button.
5. The leftmost "Sample Name" in the table displayed in the upper half becomes the file name, and a file with the extension .raw is created.
6. Launch MassLynx.
