How to confirm the retention time in the Scientific Library in UNIFI - WKB85960

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

• Confirm the retention time of compounds registered in the Scientific Library

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI

PROCEDURE

When sending to the Scientific Library from Identified Compornent on the Run window,
the retention time is also registered in the Science Library.

You can confirm the retention time information in the following ways.

1. Open the Administration window.
2. From the Scientific Library column, click Search libraries.
3. Select the name of the Science Library in which the compound was registered for Search in, and click the Search button.
4. From the Search results, double-click the registered compound name.
5. Switch from Properties to Detection Results to view the information in the lower half of the screen.
6. Check that the retention time is populated in the Observed RT (min).

If the retention time is not populated, click the Edit button and enter the retention time in the Observed RT.
