The DHCP file is located here
[UNIFI install drive]:\Program Files\Waters\UNIFI\Server\Bin\DHCP.XML

NB. Never delete or edit the DHCP.xml in UNIFI. The information is mirrored in the database and deleting is likely to cause conflicting entries and a stuck offline LND or Workstation.
