Determine an elemental composition on multiply charged species in UNIFI.

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.9.4.053

PROCEDURE

1. From the Candidate, go to Elucidate (right-click).
2. Select Elemental Composition.
3. Select the doubly charged ion (it populates the LE mz field.
4. Select instead of Parameters > Advanced (pull-down).
5. Clear the Automatic adducts selection.
6. Select adduct and change the Occurrence for eg +H from 1 to 2 for a doubly charged ion (3 for triply charged).
7. Total adducts charge changes from 1 to 2.
8. Press Start.
