• Using the current analysis processing methods, UNIFI draws a line for integration in a location that is not ideal

ANSWER

In Review, select the peak and drag the peak's start end. Add a drop line using the Ctrl key while clicking with the mouse. Reprocess the analysis using the "Keep Manual Changes" option.

Note: Manual integration is not always possible. Depending on the settings used, if 3D peaks are used for processing (instead of 2D peaks), the extracted ion chromatogram shown in the analysis window is for reference only and cannot be integrated because it is not the true result.
