How to view the comparison of unknown and reference spectra in UNIFI - WKB74544

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

On the Review tab, see a comparison spectra of a reference standard and an unknown.

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8.2

PROCEDURE

1. Ensure that your reference injection is before any unknowns in the sample injection list.
2. Select the Compare button found in the top-right of the Analysis window.

3. Go to the lower pane and ensure that Spectra is selected.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

To reorder injections, go to the Tools menu and select Reorder injections to move the reference injection ahead of any unknowns.
