How to compare or subtract to chromatograms in UNIFI - WKB7397

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Subtract or compare to chromatograms or runs in UNIFI.

PROCEDURE

1. In the Analysis, go to the Investigate tab.
2. Pull up the first chromatogram in the Chromatogram window. 
3. Select the pin or tack in the top-right corner of the chromatogram.
4. Pull up the second chromatogram or run for comparison. 
5. Select the pin or tack in the top-right corner of the chromatogram.
6. Select the compare button  in the top-right of the Chromatogram window.
7. Select the compare parameters button  to change the layout, if necessary. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In order to compare another chromatogram from a different Analysis, it's possible to import the relevant injection using the following steps:

1. On the Investigate tab, choose "add injections to analysis" from the Injections drop-down menu.
2. Select the folder, analysis, and sample data you want to import.
