In UNIFI, a workflow step's filter is not remembered - WKB64236

SYMPTOMS

• After applying a new filter to the component summary and then switching workflow steps, when switching back to the original step, the software doesn't remember the new filter

CAUSE

Software is working as designed.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Create a new workflow step with the necessary filters.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When a workflow step is created, a certain set of filters are applied. Every time this workflow step is selected, the software remembers to use that set of filters and displays the corresponding data for you. Switching filters doesn't update the current workflow step so that the new layout will be remembered; instead, a new workflow step must be created with the necessary set of filters configured.
