SYMPTOMS

• MassLynx .raw data folders containing analog data cannot be imported into UNIFI 1.9 SR4

• UNIFI 1.9 SR4

CAUSE

Feature limitation.

Although UNIFI 1.9 SR4 contains an update that enables MassLynx analog data to be imported, the maximum number of MassLynx analog channels that UNIFI can import (in addition to the MS or MSMS data) is four.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Modify the MassLynx acquisition method so that only four analog channels are acquired.
2. Reacquire the data in MassLynx.
3. Import the data into UNIFI 1.9 SR4.
