SYMPTOMS

  • When custom calculations are used with a calibration curve and the sample type Standards (and QC) is applied, the value in the "Response" column is set to "0" (zero) and results in the calibration curve are not being calculated

ENVIRONMENT

  • UNIFI v1.9.x

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the 'Include Candidates' option is enabled within custom fields.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Disable the "Include Candidates" option.
  2. If necessary, another possible workaround is to make sure Standard(s) is listed at the top of the injection list.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Confirmed that this issue has existed since UNIFI 1.8, and confirmed that INFULA-148 also fixes this problem on the UAA platform.
