SYMPTOMS

• Library import failure
• ORA-0001: unique constraint 9EVEREST.PK_SLB_COMPOUNDTAG) violated ORA-06512: at "EVEREST>CLB_COMPOUNDLIBRARY", line 5399
• ORA-06512: at line 1

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8
• UNIFI 1.8.1
• UNIFI 1.8.2

CAUSE

Previously imported scientific libraries added Item tags with the same name.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Export all libraries.
2. Delete all libraries.
3. Delete all Item tags.
4. Import libraries.
