SYMPTOMS
- Processing (performance) is very slow in UNIFI
ENVIRONMENT
- UNIFI v1.8.2 Network
CAUSE
The Cleavage tool in UNIFI. Because there are many single bonds that could be cleaved, the tool is considering every one of them and affecting processing performance.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reprocess the data set without the cleavage tool. Because there are many functional groups that could be lost, the loss of methyl and loss of two methyl groups were added in this case as possible biotransformations to still capture these metabolites. The response time is much improved.
