PDA Maxplot error: Please fix the highlighted errors before saving the method - WKB231493

SYMPTOMS

• PDA Maxplot included in analysis method results in error: "Please fix the highlighted errors before saving the method"

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.9.4 and earlier
• waters_connect / UNIFI 3.1.0 and earlier

CAUSE

• CRI-4526

FIX or WORKAROUND

• To avoid the error, clear and re-specify the 3D setting so it is set to the full default range 190-500 nm. You can then save the method and 2D channels.
• Additional workaround reported is to add a new channel and delete it afterwards to regain method control for the existing PDA channel(s). see attached pdf
