SYMPTOMS

• Response values are set to zero for some injections after processing with custom fields
• Occurs with larger numbers of injections and not for every injection

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.9.4

CAUSE

CRI-3844, INFULA-4694

This issue occurs is there are more than 16 injections and one or more custom fields contain the "include candidates" option.

The defect is fixed in waters_connect 2.1.2 , below is from release notes 

INFULA-4694 (CRI-3844) Previously, when you used custom calculations with the Include Candidate option on a batch with more than 16 samples, the results in the custom fields generated unexpected outcomes. Now, the custom fields report expected results.

FIX or WORKAROUND

To address this issue in 1.9.4:

1. Remove the "include candidates" option from all custom fields. (It is often selected when it is unnecessary to calculate for the unidentified candidates.)
   OR
2. Run 16 or fewer injections per analysis.
