Unable to make setting change or backup in WDM with ORA-27369- WKB11930

SYMPTOMS

• In the "software and support" section of UNIFI WDM the "configuration" link in the left column leads to a page that states: Error during rendering of region "Host Configuration". ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: 7 !@#--!@#7#@!--#@!
  
• Backup scheduled tasks of WDM runs failed without error logs

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8.2
• Empower 3 FR4 Enterprise 
• Waters Database Manager

CAUSE

OS user "oraclejobs" expired with default Default Domain Password Policy：Maximum password age ：42 days

FIX or WORKAROUND

Enable "Password never expires" for user oraclejobs properties in Active Directory Users and Computers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You may experience a case where the "Password never expires" option is disabled and the "User must change password at next logon" is enabled. In this case, select the "User must change password at next logon" option.

One error message is also found in "X:\Empower\Oracle\diag\rdbms\wat18\wat18\alert\log.xml" when trying to change setting or backup in WDM.
