SYMPTOMS

• In the "Software and Support" section of UNIFI WDM when attempting to submit support information, you get the following error when trying to send an email in the "Contact Waters" subsection: "1 error has occurred. Sending email failed: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: 7 !@#--!@#7#@!--#@!"

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8.2

CAUSE

 oraclejobs password has expired

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Right-click My Computer, and select "Manage".
2. Select Local Users and Groups and then the Users folder.
3. Right-click "oraclejobs" account, and select "properties".
4. Set to "Password never expires".
