SYMPTOMS

  • Can log in to UNIFI and Waters Database Manager
  • End users can log in to UNIFI and run samples
  • Waters Database Manager (in the Backup Jobs table) shows that the incremental backup from six days ago is still running
  • Oraclejobs account is set up correctly

ENVIRONMENT

  • UNIFI 1.9.4 Network

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Reboot the server.
  2. Manually restart a full backup.
