• When using Intact protein (MS-RT window-based) in the analytical method

Integrate the spectrum within the time window (min) entered in Manage Components on the Purpose tab.

• When using Intact protein (MS-RT window-based) in the analytical method

Integrate the spectrum from the peak liftoff point to the ending point.
Settings for peak liftoff and ending point are made in the Peak integration field in the Find 2D Peaks on the Processing tab.
