OBJECTIVE or GOAL

• Perform a library search for fragment ions using the Scientific Library

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI

PROCEDURE

1. In the Component Summary, left-click to select the row of the component of interest.
2. Right-click the row and select Elucidate.
3. On the Discover tab, select Scientific Library.
4. On the Scientific Library tab, go to Selected Library
5. Register the Scientific library to be used for search and click Start.
6. Modify the settings on the Elemental Composition tab and Fragment Match tab as necessary.
7.  Click Start to perform composition processing and library search.
